After being a member of several Fortune 500 companies as an individual contributor, Manager, Director and Vice President , Dennis wanted to build an advisory practice to share his knowledge and deep operating experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management while employed by Fortune 500, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) companies in various demanding turnaround and high-growth business environments.

With this passion, Dennis founded Propinar to provide strategic and operational advice to CEOs, senior leaders and other stakeholders in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market. Prior to founding Propinar, Dennis developed a strong track record and produced dramatic results in all phases of Global Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management .

Dennis has held positions in Corporate and Manufacturing Finance, Information Systems, Operations Control, Global Purchasing/Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

Dennis is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University (BS Finance) and the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business (MBA Finance) and is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM).

Dennis is an active member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), American Society of Quality (ASQ), Southeast Business Council (SEBA) and the Arizona Technology Council.
